A smile is a gift both inside and out.

Let's Smile Foundation mission is to spread the goodness of smiles in brightening the day of individuals that need to be inspired and motivated with positivity and the influence of spreading love and hope to others to make the world a better place. 

The quote by Kimerly Greene that says, "A smile is a daily gift both inside and out" simply means that if you give a smile, it will not only touch the lives of those you smile at, but also warm your heart because you did a good deed. It does not cost anything to smile, but it may mean so much to someone. 

Jesus said in John 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 

Love is kind and you never know the reason someone might need a smile. 

People need a smile for various reasons: Some can include, but not limited to 

(1) Stress Relief: A smile can ease tension and reduce stress hormones. It’s like a mini vacation for your mind! 

(2) Connection: Smiles create bonds. They remind us that we’re not alone in this journey.

(3) Health Benefits: Smiling boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and releases endorphins. It’s good for your well-being! 

(4) Resilience: When life gets tough, a smile helps us bounce back. It’s a sign of inner strength.

(5) Kindness Ripple: Your smile can inspire others to spread kindness. It’s contagious! Give a smile, get a smile!

(6)  Hope: Even during challenging times, a smile whispers, “Better days are coming!

(7) Inspiration: A smile not only affects the person you’re smiling at, but it affects you to. It encourages and inspires you to keep smiling, and letting your light shine
